What is the minimum wholesale order?
The minimum wholesale order is just 25 pairs of socks. You can mix different designs and sizes.
How are the socks labelled and packed?
Yes, all socks come with an eco-friendly paper tag.
Do the socks have EAN barcodes?
Yes. Each pair has an EAN barcode on the back of the label. Each size of a particular design has its own individual barcode.
What are the payment terms?
The first two orders are processed after advance payment.
Starting from the third order, payment can be made within 14 days from the invoice date.
What are the delivery methods?
We ship orders by courier within 1–2 business days.
For orders of more than 100 pairs, shipping is free.
Are there any restrictions on reselling Spox Sox products?
We reserve exclusive rights to sell the Spox Sox brand on Allegro, Empik, Etsy and Amazon.
Can I use your product photos?
Yes, we provide product photography.
The materials may only be used in connection with Spox Sox products and must include clear identification of the Spox Sox brand.
Can I copy your product descriptions?
No. We do not consent to copying product descriptions from our website.
Preparing your own product descriptions remains the responsibility of the reseller.
Are displays and stands available?
Yes. Ask us about currently available displays and promotional materials.
A free display stand is available with an order of 320 pairs.
When do new designs appear?
We regularly create new collections. New designs usually appear during the spring and autumn seasons.
