Left different from right.

Key features: left sock in a pair can have a different design from the right one. In this case, the minimum order quantity is 100 pairs of one size. Mismatched socks are made in the same way as classic patterned socks, but with different designs for the left and right foot.

Prepare the graphic design of your socks
It is best to prepare your design using our rectangular template. We also accept designs in other formats – our graphic designers will adapt them accordingly. The template contains all the guidelines for preparing the design
You can also choose the thread colours to use. Or leave it to us and we will select the thread colours that best match your design.
Prepare the graphic design of the labels
Prepare the label design using our template.
The content on the template can be modified freely – you can change the back and spine. Labels can be full-colour and printed on white card. Alternatively, they can have black printing on brown eco/kraft card. On request, we can also add holes for hanging.
Let’s agree on the packaging method and shipping date
Let’s agree together on the packaging method and shipping date for your order. We offer labels, belly bands, plastic bags and gift boxes.
We can pack the order according to your instructions, label the cartons appropriately, or ship it without a sender name, without identifying Spox Sox as the sender.

The socks can have a personalised label sewn on with your logo and graphic. We normally attach labels to the sock cuffs.
Plastic bags
On request, we can pack each pair in a plastic bag.
Gift boxes
We can prepare boxes with a custom print.
We will prepare a visualisation
After the design is approved, we will prepare a 3D visualisation or – depending on the sock type – provide a photo of a sample production of your socks.
Production, packaging and shipping
After approval of the visualisation, we schedule the production of your socks. Every order undergoes quality control before shipping.
After approval of the visualisation and before production, we usually require a 50% advance payment.
A small overproduction usually occurs during sock production – we reserve the right to deliver up to 3 extra pairs per size. Please let us know if you for not agree to this arrangement.

What is the minimum order quantity? +
The minimum order quantity is 50 pairs in one size of a given design.
For mismatched socks (where the left and right socks in a pair are different), the minimum is 100 pairs in one size.
For socks with non-slip grips, the minimum order is also 100 pairs in one size.
What sock sizes are available? +
We most often recommend two sizes: universal women’s 36-40 and universal men’s 41-45.
We can also make three sizes: 36-39, 40-43 and 44-46 (or similar).
For classic socks, a one-size option without a defined heel is also possible.
We can also prepare different sizing according to individual guidelines.
How much for custom design socks cost? +
The price depends on the sock type and the quantity ordered.
Typically, it is from a few to a dozen or so PLN net per pair, including a personalised label.
To receive a quote, it is best to provide an estimated quantity of pairs and the design (if it is already prepared).

What is the lead time? +
The standard lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks from receiving the order together with the graphic design.
During this time, we prepare the 3D visualisation, print the labels and plan production.
Sometimes the lead time may be longer; for example, before Christmas it can extend to around 6–7 weeks.
If you need the socks by a specific date, please let us know and we will check whether it is possible.
What are the socks made of? +
The standard composition of classic, low-cut and sports socks is:
80% cotton, 15% polyamide, 5% elastane.
We use high-quality yarn certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Sports socks (cycling and running) are made from technical fibres.
How is the design made on the socks? +
The design is created using a knitting technique.
This means the design is "knitted" from the ground up in cotton during sock production and is an integral part of the sock (it is not a print/sublimation of a graphic onto finished socks)
Where are the socks made? +
The socks are made in Poland.
We guarantee high-quality workmanship and production in accordance with the Made in Poland standard.
Can the socks be mismatched? +
Of course!
We can make mismatched socks where the right sock differs from the left. This is one of our most distinctive designs.
How many colours can be used on a sock? +
The production technology allows a maximum of:
- up to 5 colours horizontally around the leg,
- up to 7 colours throughout the sock design.
The limitations result from the technical capabilities of the knitting machines.
What are the features of sports socks? +
Sports socks have a special construction designed to provide comfort during activity:
- a ribbed cuff,
- a thickened sole for improved cushioning,
- a ventilation zone on the top of the foot,
- a midfoot support band.
We can also modify the construction according to the design requirements. For example, it is possible to make streetwear-style socks with a thin foot section and ribbed cuff.
