What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just 30 pairs. Mix of designs and sizes allowed..

How are socks paired and packed?
Each pair has eco paper tag attached with a thread (not plastic) by cuff. All socks, starting from the SS2022 collection, are paired as follows::

Older designs can still be available with the previous tag version (with holes drilled for hanging )and be paired as follows:

Do socks have EAN codes / barcodes?
Yes, each design and size has its unique EAN (bar code) printed on the back of the tag.

What are the payment terms?
First two orders – pre-payment on our bank account based on the proforma invoice. Starting with a third order – invoice issued at shipping payable within 14 days on our bank account.

What is processing time and delivery cost?
We ship internationally within 1-2 business days after receiving an order/payment (if pre-payment is required). Cost of delivery is determined individually and depends on destination and order size. In Europe we mostly ship by DPD courier.

Are there any restrictions for re-selling?
We reserve exclusive right to sell on Amazon and Etsy.

Can I use marketing materials?
Yes, both packshot and lookbook photos will be provided on a shared drive. When using photos please:

a) respect copy rights by clearly marking Spox Sox brand (Facebook: @spoxsox | Instagram: @spox_sox | www: spoxsox.pl))
b) we do not consent to the use of materials in the context of other products / producers
c) photos may only be used in the context of Spox Sox products

Can I use your product descriptions?
Product names – please include producer name – Spox Sox – in the product name. Descriptions – we do not consent to copy product descriptions from our website

Are there any displays / stands available?
We can provide stand/display for socks. It is made of plywood, has glossy white finish and is provided in flat form for easy self assemblage. It is two-sided, has capacity of 320 pairs, 32 hooks are included.
